We are a group of people with a combined experience of over 100 years of jerky making. Over the years we identified the best in spice suppliers and meat suppliers. We combined our experience and apply it to reach our common goal, supplying the best possible jerky to you on time and fresh is detrimental and we take our business very serious. Second best is just not good enough. Every time a customer receives an order they say "This time the jerky is REALLY GOOD" the truth is the recipe never really changes. We consistently make the exact same jerky without fail because we never change the method or the quality of the products.
